Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Social Media and Content Specialist (contract). In this role, you will support the development and execution of digital content and social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support organizational growth objectives. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to develop compelling content across social media, web, email, and other digital channels. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media channels and engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and community interactions
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media, web, email, and other digital platforms
- Research audience trends, market insights, and emerging platform features to improve content performance
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop multimedia content and campaign assets
- Develop creative briefs and coordinate content production efforts from concept through delivery
- Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results, providing recommendations for optimization
- Review and ensure content aligns with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and organizational objectives
- Support content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and campaign execution activities
- Assist with content creation at company events, community initiatives, and other organizational activities as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify stories, testimonials, and content opportunities
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, freelancers, content creators, and marketing partners
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and production schedules to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness
