Pay:
$25.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience and shift assignment. Shifts Available:1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (or until 8:30 AM as needed) Training is conducted on 1st shift for up to one month. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with overtime every other Saturday as required.
Responsibilities:
- Operated and set up Haas CNC milling machines to perform drilling, milling, chamfering, tapping, and cutting operations on precision-machined components.
- Performed tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor CNC program edits to maintain production efficiency and part accuracy.
- Interpreted blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to manufacture parts within specified tolerances.
- Utilized precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and depth gauges to inspect and verify dimensional accuracy.
- Maintained strict quality standards by performing in-process inspections and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
- Troubleshot machining issues and made machine adjustments to minimize downtime and improve production performance.
- Conducted routine machine maintenance and maintained a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Consistently produced high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production deadlines.

- Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Brighton, MI.The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr.
