Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

POPS ABA is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment across Connect ABA + Therapy, POPS Therapeutics, and KidClan. This role will shape strategy, build long-term pipelines, and partner with executive leadership to support growth in healthcare, education, and behavioral health services. You will develop sourcing strategies, optimize hiring workflows, and establish metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire while expanding into new locations and service lines.
