Desktop Experience Analyst

The Opportunity: A team to manage desktop experience is essential to exist. This group of Experience experts transcends the service delivery and maintenance functions of a typical IT team. The team's mission is to proactively improve DEX inside the organization – while driving business value from their experience management technology. This role involves proactive monitoring of the desktop environment, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the digital experience of employees. We need a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in desktop infrastructure and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.3 – 4 years of overall experience in desktop support. Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools. Experience with Nexthink, or comparable endpoint experience and monitoring tools such as Lakeside SysTrack, Control Up, Riverbed Aternity, HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), Tanium, Ivanti Neurons, Microsoft Endpoint Analytics, or Workspace ONE Intelligence Proven track record of successfully managing performance improvement projects. Understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on desktop performance. Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies. Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is 85,000 - 105,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
