Dau International is conducting a confidential search for a Regional Sales Director with an investor-backed cardiac technology company. Use your cardiology relationships to open doors, build pipeline and personally close new accounts for remote cardiac device monitoring software and services. Clinical and commercial colleagues support your deals. You own the customer relationships, sales targets and territory growth.

An established track record in healthcare sales, ideally 10+ years overall, including 5+ years of quota-carrying cardiac sales experience. Relevant backgrounds include CRM, EP, implantable cardiac devices or other cardiac specialties. Proven hunter experience is required: personally prospecting, opening new accounts and closing new business. Established Chicago cardiology relationships and new-account wins you personally delivered. A bachelor's degree and willingness to prospect, close and travel across the Chicago area. Territory managers, account executives, senior sales reps and sales managers who meet these cardiac sales and hunter requirements are encouraged to apply. Remote device monitoring software/services experience is a plus. Target year-one OTE: $300,000 (base + commission), plus equity, with potential for substantially higher earnings in later years based on performance.
