Ensure compliance with Utah and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients. KEY PROFILEMust be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
