You’ll be the first person visitors, customers and employees see, and you’ll set the tone for their whole experience. What you’ll be doing:- Greeting and helping visitors, customers and employees with a smile
- Answering incoming calls and providing front desk support
- Handling basic email, computer and administrative tasks
- Helping hand out small samples and materials (about 5–10 lbs)
- Keeping the reception area professional and welcoming
- Supporting employees with general office needs
- What you bring
- Receptionist, customer service, front desk or similar experience (preferred)A positive, upbeat personality and a can-do attitude
- A friendly, professional and approachable communication style
- Comfort talking with lots of different people throughout the day
- Basic computer and email skills
- Reliability and punctuality: you’ll open the office, so you need to be there by 7:50 AMThe ability to lift and carry items of about 5–10 lbs
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus (preferred but not required)
