APPLY NOWWwshemi is seeking the first CFO for an AI-powered fintech serving banks and other financial institutions. You will establish the finance function and partner with leadership on strategy, pricing, and growth, reporting to the CEO.
You will own FP&A, model deal economics, shape pricing with clients, and build finance systems using AI tools. Travel to Costa Rica or Miami 1–2 times monthly is expected. Remote within the Americas with Miami as primary location and English/Spanish fluency essential.
