Thisindividual is responsible for providing daily feedback and recommendations tothe Hub Plant Manager, Distribution Manager (Counterpart), & Site Manager(Counterpart) on matters of status, issues, and requirements. This positionreports directly to the Hub Plant Manager. MARKETINGSUMMARYJOBFUNCTIONSThis Job is Essential EssentialFunctionsEssential Function Manage a team ofFillers & Loaders. Hold Fillersaccountable to fill all gas cylinders, high and low pressure, and liquidcontainers in accordance with safety procedures & quality. Understands hazardsof various gases, size and contents of cylinders by reading and interpretingcylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks. Accurately labels cylinders. Hold Fillers &Loaders accountable for safe & secured movement of cylinders as requiredin the plant & for load and unload of trucks. Ensures alldocumentation and forms are in compliance with company policy and FDArequirements during the fill process. Accurately and legibly ensures productsare labeled properly, with current decals and lot numbers. Forms includedaily production report, FDA log sheet, Label Verification form, Calibrationform and Bulk log sheet. Ensure equipment PM'sand calibrations are performed. Oversee and drivethe safety culture & with allgovernment and company standards relating to the safe handling of hazardousmaterials/cylinder gases. Identifyingproduction improvements for TRW & SIP projects. Maintain a neat, cleanand orderly workplace through proper housekeeping & 5S procedures. Monitor and maintain Kanbans and manage cylinder & container assets to meet On Time Delivery. Identify trainingneeds with the team and develop plans for cross training and personaldevelopment with each associate. Manage By Walk Around& Report incidents including accidents, injuries, near misses, unsafeacts or conditions. Oversee the Helium Transfill part of the business.
