FP&A Manager Nashville, TN | In Office | PE-Backed Healthcare A growing, private equity backed healthcare company in Nashville is hiring its first FP&A Manager. The business is expanding through acquisitions and new locations, and needs someone to build out the planning and analytics function. You'll report directly to the CFO, partner closely with the executive team, and shape how the company uses data to make decisions as it scales. First FP&A hire with direct exposure to the CFO, CEO, and board Involvement in M&A and growth initiatives Clear path to Director level, with an equity opportunity down the road Opportunity to lead the use of AI and automation in finance Build and maintain financial models that support planning and decision making Prepare board and investor materials Partner with operating leaders to explain results and drive performance Support M&A, scenario planning, and ad hoc analysis 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong FP&A foundation ~ Advanced financial modeling skills, including three statement and driver-based models ~ Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership ~ Strong data skills and comfort working with BI tools ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Multi-site, PE-backed, or acquisitive company experience M&A modeling or diligence experience MBA, CPA, or CFA
