- Integrated Community Services (ICS) supports individuals with intellectual disabilities to live safely and successfully in small group homes with assistance from a Live-In caregiver.
- We need a compassionate, supportive, and cheerful team member to supervise our caregivers (approximately 15 people).You will make a difference by embracing these roles:
- Teacher – Train new caregivers
- Advocate – Support your staff. Be their voice.
- Guide – Demonstrate best practices and lead by example
- Coordinator – schedule, organize, and simplify
- Monitor – Identify areas for improvement for people we serve to live their best life
- Leader – Lead by example, share your positive approach, and be proud that your team looks up to you
