Job Description: This Process Engineer will be responsible for: Implementing new equipment, manufacturing technologies, and production processes. Leading CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning. Developing and optimizing extrusion and manufacturing processes. Managing safety, ergonomic, quality, and productivity initiatives. Training operators and supervisors on equipment and procedures. The Successful ApplicantA Successful Process Engineer will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.5+ years of Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering experience. Experience within wire, cable, hose, tube, or extrusion manufacturing environments. Proven project management experience. Experience implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes. Lean Manufacturing training or certification preferred. Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
