Station Casinos is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls across high-volume kitchens. You will ensure equipment, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety guidelines while guiding managers and team members through daily operations.
You will oversee requisitioning, production, and quality controls, conduct ongoing training, and hold daily team huddles to maintain open communication.
