Fleet Supervisor

Fleet SupervisorDuration: 12 months (Shifts will primarily be nights and weekends. Days and specific hours can vary, but here are some examples: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday 1800-0600. Sunday-Thursday 1800-0200 Location: Springdale - 515A Randall Wobbe, Springdale, AR Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day transportation operations and partnering with departments such as Maintenance, Driver Training, Safety, Human Resources, and Planning to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with Customer Service, Tyson production and distribution facilities, drivers, and external customers to ensure effective communication, optimize transportation performance, and meet service expectations. Collaboration and teamwork is a must. Good computer skills, able to operate the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong, effective communication is required, both written and verbal. Supply Chain and Logistics experience preferred, college degree preferred.
