Greet and engage customers on the lot and in the showroom Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and history reports Guide customers through CarMax’s no-haggle sales process Collaborate with financing and appraisal teams to complete sales Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and follow-ups Meet or exceed individual and team sales and customer satisfaction goals Maintain product knowledge of inventory and market trends Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies Support a customer-focused, inclusive, and ethical culture Automotive sales Customer relationship management (CRM) software Retail sales techniques Product knowledge of vehicles Digital and online sales tools Sales negotiation within no-haggle framework Lead generation and follow-up Basic auto financing concepts Documentation and compliance in retail sales Point-of-sale and inventory systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Automotive sales experience preferred Bilingual skills a plus
