Learning & Development Intern: Plan & Coordinate Programs

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life. You'll gain hands-on experience from planning through live execution, coordinating with facilitators and vendors, and creating participant materials for in-person experiences. You'll work closely with the team on timelines, communications, and event logistics, using tools like Asana and MS Office, while building a strong foundation in program management and employee experience.
