Labor Relations Director - Elevate Workplace Experience

Spectrum, a Charter Communications brand, is seeking a Labor Relations Director to develop and implement strategies that keep our workforce engaged and productive across a 45-state footprint. You will work with leaders and frontline employees, educate management on labor issues, and drive proactive measures to attract and retain great employees. Required 5+ years in labor relations with campaign experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong leadership and presentation skills.
