Sales Manager: Lead a High-Performing In-Home Sales Team

Champion Window is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of professionally trained sales representatives. While this is a producing role, your primary responsibility will be daily management of sales activities throughout the territory, conducting meetings and training, and riding with the team on calls. You will work with the Division Manager to outline strategies for sales and marketing, recruit and develop new reps, and drive accountability for results.
