CRE Finance Attorney - Hybrid, Path to Partnership

Jobot is seeking an experienced attorney to represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions. You will structure and document mortgage loans, construction loans, and mezzanine financing for a diverse client base including financial institutions, developers, and investors. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, strong drafting skills, and familiarity with title, survey, and UCC matters.
