You've Already Proven You Can Build a Successful Recruiting Desk. Now Build Something Bigger. RestaurantZone is selectively seeking an accomplished Managing Partner with a proven track record in agency recruiting, business development, and direct-hire executive search. This is not a traditional recruiter position. We're looking for an established producer who has already demonstrated the ability to generate $700K–$1M+ in annual direct-hire billings, develop lasting client relationships, and build a meaningful book of business. The ideal candidate brings an active network and transferable book of business within the restaurant, hospitality, hotel, foodservice, or QSR industries. For exceptional Managing Partner candidates with strong books of business in other verticals and industries, we may explore opportunities to build or expand a specialized division through our sister agency, Rodgers Staffing Solutions. If you've reached the point where your individual production is proven and you're looking for a platform that allows you to produce, lead, build, and participate in the growth you create, we'd like to talk.
The Opportunity:- Since 2014, RestaurantZone has built a national executive search platform with hundreds of clients, thousands of successful placements, established recruiting infrastructure, and dedicated sales and recruiting resources.
- As a Managing Partner, you'll have the opportunity to leverage that infrastructure while continuing to develop and monetize your own relationships.
- This role is designed for someone who thinks beyond filling job orders.
- You'll have the opportunity to: Own and expand strategic client relationships
- Bring and grow an established book of business
- Personally execute high-value searches
- Develop new accounts and revenue channels
- Build and mentor a team of recruiters
- Generate revenue through both personal and team production
- Help shape recruiting strategy and processes
- Expand existing verticals or help develop new ones
- Participate as a senior leader within a growing recruiting organization
- We're looking for a
business builder, not simply an employee managing a desk.
Who We're Looking For
This is a senior-level opportunity, and our requirements reflect that.
Required: Significant agency recruiting and executive search experience
Demonstrated $700K–$1M+ annual direct-hire billing history Proven full-desk recruiting experience Strong business-development track record An established, transferable book of business Ability to independently develop and manage client relationships Experience negotiating and closing recruiting agreements Strong understanding of permanent-placement economics Documented history of consistently producing at a high level What Separates an A-Player Billing history gets you into the conversation. We're also looking for evidence that you can build sustainable enterprise value, not simply make placements. The strongest candidates will demonstrate: Long-standing client relationships that follow them because of their reputation and results Repeat and referral business Ability to win retained or exclusive searches Strong executive-level communication Consultative selling ability Excellent candidate judgment Commercial and financial awareness Ability to identify and develop new markets Experience mentoring or managing recruiters Ability to delegate rather than personally controlling every search High accountability with minimal supervision Strong reputation and professional references Entrepreneurial thinking A track record of turning relationships into recurring revenue We especially value recruiters who can clearly explain where their historical billings came from, how much business they personally originated, and how transferable those relationships are. Why Join RestaurantZone? An Established Platform Without the Corporate Bureaucracy Successful recruiters don't need someone teaching them how to recruit. They need infrastructure that helps them produce. RestaurantZone provides: Established national client relationships Live searches Exclusive and retained engagements Dedicated sales resources Recruiting and sourcing support Modern ATS and recruiting technology AI-powered recruiting tools Operational and administrative support National reach Fully remote flexibility You bring the relationships, judgment, and production capability. We provide an established platform you can leverage to scale them. Bring Your Book. Keep Building It. We aren’t hiring a Managing Partner simply to work RestaurantZone’s existing job orders (although we do need support filling those as well). We’re looking for someone who can bring meaningful client relationships to the table, develop new business, and continue expanding those relationships over time. As your accounts grow, other recruiters can support those searches, creating the opportunity to generate income beyond the placements you personally make. That means your earning potential doesn't have to remain constrained by your individual bandwidth. The objective is to progress from: Recruiter → Producer → Team Builder → Business Builder Build a Team Around Your Success A Managing Partner should create leverage. As your business grows, you'll have the opportunity to develop recruiting resources around your accounts and areas of expertise. That may include: Recruiting and sourcing support Developing junior and senior recruiters Mentoring producers Building specialized recruiting teams Launching new markets or verticals Expanding existing client relationships nationally We're particularly interested in leaders who have previously built, managed, or mentored successful recruiting teams. Compensation Compensation will be structured around the experience, production history, book of business, and leadership capabilities of the individual, in addition to desired on-target-earnings. Components include: Multi-six-figure earning potential Competitive base compensation Uncapped commission tiers Compensation tied to personal production Additional earning opportunities tied to team/account production Performance accelerators Discretionary bonuses Leadership incentives For the right Managing Partner, we're willing to discuss a compensation structure that appropriately reflects the revenue and relationships they bring to the organization. Our Platform RestaurantZone has been operating nationally since 2014. Our organization offers: 10+ years of recruiting success Thousands of successful placements Hundreds of clients nationwide Established restaurant and hospitality relationships National recruiting capabilities Exclusive and retained searches Dedicated recruiting and sales resources Remote infrastructure Technology-enabled recruiting operations We have already built the foundation. We're looking for accomplished recruiters who can help us build the next stage. This Role Is NOT For Entry-level recruiters Corporate HR recruiters without agency experience Recruiters without meaningful business-development experience Candidates whose historical production primarily came from accounts handed to them Recruiters unable to substantiate their billing history Candidates without an established book of business Recruiters looking exclusively for company-provided job orders Managers who have leadership experience but no significant personal production history Individuals who require heavy day-to-day supervision This is a production-oriented leadership position. We expect Managing Partners to know how to create revenue, not simply manage people who do. Why Make the Move? If you're already billing $700K–$1M+, you don't need another recruiting job. There should be a compelling reason to make a change. RestaurantZone offers accomplished producers the opportunity to combine their existing relationships and abilities with an established recruiting platform—and potentially build something substantially larg
