PSYCHOLOGY TECHNICIAN

Job TitleJob Description HelpConduct basic assessment procedures to include clinical interviewing, mental status examinations, bio psychosocial history and other case information for walk-ins and/or groups, under the supervision of credentialed providers. Arrange and schedule mental health appointments and determine patient eligibility for services. Provide crisis intervention, group therapy, and administrative assistance with case management, under the supervision of credentialed providers. Perform medical records clerical duties in support of the mental health clinic. Provide crisis counseling, in person and by phone, for patients requiring immediate services and referral. Coordinate care with other agencies on-base within the medical treatment facility.
