Emerging Operations & Sales Leader — NCLP Trainee

Encore is recruiting for its National College Leadership Program (NCLP), a 5-month Manager in Training that rotates through Technical, Operations and Sales. Graduates will be prepared for placement into Operations Manager or Venue Sales Manager roles within our nationwide network of venues. This program targets 2026 Fall or 2027 Spring graduates, offering development, mobility, and a focus on customer-first service within a hospitality-centric environment.
