Hours:
8:00am–4:30pm | Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)A clean background, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required, as travel between sites may be necessary.
Prior maintenance experience is required for this role.
Job Summary:
The Property Maintenance Aide performs a variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance, cleaning, painting, and repair duties to ensure housing units are properly maintained and meet HUD regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning and making repairs.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Paint, clean, and maintain interior and exterior areas.
- Respond to maintenance work orders and emergencies promptly.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Transport tools and materials between sites as needed.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in property or building maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
