Job Description:
Fire/Security Technician – Tampa, FLLoyal Source is seeking a skilled Fire/Security Technician to support service and maintenance projects throughout the Tampa Bay region. This position will be responsible for servicing customer locations in Pinellas, Tampa, Homosassa, Lake Wales, Winter Haven, Ruskin, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both fire alarm and electronic security systems and be comfortable traveling throughout the territory to support customer needs.
Pay:
$32/hrResponsibilitiesService, troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain fire alarm systems. Program, diagnose, and repair fire alarm panels and associated devices. Service and troubleshoot electronic security systems, including: Access ControlCCTV/Video Surveillance Intrusion Detection Systems Perform system testing, inspections, and commissioning. Diagnose system failures and complete repairs in a timely manner. Complete service reports and documentation accurately. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards. Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and end users. Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer locations and service calls.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience servicing, troubleshooting, and programming fire alarm systems.
Experience servicing security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
FASA/BASA certification is required.
EST (Edwards Systems Technology) certification is highly preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
