We’re seeking an experiencedSenior Clinical Laboratory Scientistfor a day shift opportunity inFort Bragg, California. This role is ideal for a seasoned CLS with strong leadership skills and advanced laboratory expertise.
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule:
4 x 10-hour shifts (consecutive days)
Start Time:9:00 AM
ResponsibilitiesPerform complex laboratory testing across multiple departments
Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards
Troubleshoot instruments and resolve technical issues
Support workflow efficiency and assist with staff oversight (if Lead/Sr. level)
Maintain accurate documentation within EMR/LIS systems
Collaborate with providers to ensure timely and accurate results
RequirementsActiveCalifornia Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License
Minimum 5 years laboratory experience preferred
Senior or Lead CLS experience preferred
Experience withCerner and/or EPICpreferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
