Director of Enterprise Process Excellence

Elevance Health is seeking a Process Improvement Director to lead enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence. The role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week with hybrid flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS and 10+ years in process improvement with planning, PM, and leadership; Black Belt certification or equivalent is preferred.
