Responsibilities:- Install a variety of interior and exterior signs
- Read and follow work orders and installation instructions
- Safely use ladders, lifts, power tools, and hand tools
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Represent Branded Sign Solutions professionally at customer locations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:- Previous sign installation experience preferred/ will train the right person
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Easy to teach and willing to learn
- Follows directions and safety procedures
- Takes ownership of their work and pays attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
