Role Overview:
This role reports directly to the VP of Product and is part of our Product & Analytics team. This may be the most challenging job you have ever taken on. You will be asked to do more in less time than you think is possible, often with limited direction. You will need to create order from chaos, hold competing ideas in your mind at once, and develop practical ways to identify and solve real-world business problems. In short: figure it out and get it done. If you succeed in this role, your perceived ceiling will be shattered. You will discover that you are capable of more than you thought, more discipline, more output, more ownership, and more confidence. That kind of confidence changes how you approach work, leadership, and life. If that sounds overwhelming, this may not be the right role or company for you. But if it has your full attention, keep reading. You may be exactly who we are looking for.
What We’re Looking For:
Care for the Greater Purpose - You care deeply about the success of the team and the company. You want your work to matter, and you want to be part of something bigger than yourself. Pain of Inefficiency - You notice inefficiency everywhere. When something is being done the hard way, it bothers you. You naturally look for cleaner, faster, smarter ways to get things done. Root-Cause Problem Solving - You are not satisfied with temporary fixes. You look for the real source of the problem and work to eliminate it. While others push harder, you remove the roadblocks that make progress easier. Love When Things Work Just Right - Recognition and rewards matter, but what really drives you is the feeling of seeing something work exactly the way it should. You enjoy building systems that make people more effective. Self-Aware Learner - You know what you know, and you know what you do not know. You learn quickly, separate what matters from what does not, and focus on the vital few things that move the work forward. Great Listener and Question Framer - You listen carefully, hear what is said and unsaid, and ask strong follow-up questions. You understand that the right question is often more valuable than a quick answer. Reliability and Accountability - When you take ownership of something, it gets done and done well. You do not need constant follow-up, and you help create accountability for others around you.
