To support operational efficiency in a fully remote environment, the full-time Operations Engineer will manage internal systems architecture, automate workflows, and enhance data engineering processes across various departments.
Key responsibilities:
Own and maintain the company's internal software stack, integrating CRM, billing, and analytics platforms
Identify and build custom scripts and AI agents to automate manual tasks across the organization
Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead pipelines and customer data processesRequired qualificationsProficiency in TypeScript and SQL with experience in full-stack engineering
Ability to map workflows and apply Lean principles to eliminate operational bottlenecks
Track record of designing reliable data pipelines and delivering actionable business intelligence dashboards
Technical mastery of core SaaS ecosystems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
Hands-on experience with AI workflows and low-code orchestration engines
