Schedule: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM4:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - Midnight | 3rd Shift: Midnight - 8:00 AM

Pay: 1st Shift: $13/hr | 2nd Shift: $15/hr | 3rd Shift: $16/hr

Job Summary: We are hiring Packing Associates for a client in Austell, GA, with openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a production floor role where attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential. Responsibilities: Inspect finished products for defects or quality issuesPack products according to customer specifications and company standardsApply labels and packaging materials accuratelyVerify product quantities before packagingStack and pre-wrap palletsAssist with production line changeovers and housekeepingMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport damaged products or equipment to supervisorsFollow all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicableMust Haves Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly throughout shiftAbility to stand for extended periods on a production floorAttention to detail and ability to follow packaging specificationsPreferred Skills Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environmentFamiliarity with GMP standards or food/consumer goods productionExperience stacking and wrapping pallets
