Recruiter: Elizabethtown, KYHybrid | Onsite Weekly | Full-TimeAbout the Opportunity
We are conducting a confidential search for a Recruiter to join a growing organization where recruiting is viewed as much more than simply filling open positions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruiting and genuinely cares about people. The right person will take pride in creating a great experience for candidates, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and doing whatever they can to help both sides of the process succeed. This is a hybrid position with regular weekly onsite time, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with HR and business leaders while also having the flexibility to work independently. You don't need 10 years of experience to be successful in this role. We are open to someone earlier in their recruiting career who has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, has a strong foundation, and is excited to continue growing.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build effective recruiting strategies, and keep searches moving.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Build relationships with candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing market insight, candidate feedback, and guidance throughout the process.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication, and help ensure candidates and hiring managers are prepared at every stage.
Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to keep the process moving.
Help identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the company's systems.
Support employer branding, job postings, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
