Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor (RRT) Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Readiness & Response Operations team supporting vehicle readiness, fleet operations, and cross-functional service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job? Supervise daily readiness and response operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Coordinate the movement, storage, and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts inventory. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, support onboarding of new hires, and maintain productivity and quality standards. Conduct quality control checks, support documentation and reporting activities, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts, resolving issues, facilitating communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed?1+ years of leadership or people management experience in an operational, logistics, or technical environment. Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, systems, and processes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets. Clean driving record with the ability to manually operate vehicles as needed and travel locally up to 20%.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and pass required background, MVR, and drug screenings.
