Schedule: Three 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, 36-hour guarantee - no four-shift weeks; every other weekend; no call

Experience: 3+ years with at least one completed travel assignment; primarily ICU but able to float to CVICU preferred

Required: ACLS copy with the submission; skills checklist completed within the past year; Michigan license verification through LARA and Nursys. References are not required

Duties: Assess the physical, psychosocial and educational needs of the patient, plan and implement care with the patient and family, and direct, coordinate and delegate to deliver patient and family centered care

Note: This client runs a clinical interview process - expect outreach within two hours by phone and text, with decisions usually the same or next business day; candidates wanting more than 7 days off or more than half the holidays off fall outside that timeline; McLaren full-time employees are not eligible
