Position Overview: We are seeking experienced External Audit professionals to join a growing Audit & Assurance team supporting clients within the Asset & Wealth Management sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, and other investment management clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform external audit and assurance engagements for Asset & Wealth Management clients. Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation. Apply knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards. Work closely with engagement teams to execute audit procedures and complete audit deliverables. Identify accounting and financial reporting issues and recommend solutions. Support planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements. Mentor junior team members and assist with engagement management activities.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 3+ years of external audit experience. Strong experience auditing one or more of the following:

• Private Equity FundsHedge FundsReal Estate FundsAsset Management / Wealth Management organizations
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications: CPA Certification or active CPA candidate. Previous experience with a Big 4 or large public accounting firm. Experience leading audit engagements and mentoring staff. Exposure to automation, analytics, and audit technology tools.
