Walk-In Clinic NP: Impactful, Team-Based Primary Care

The Center for Family Health in Michigan seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our Walk-In Clinic as part of an integrated, team-based care model. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver patient-centered care. As an FQHC, we are committed to expanding access and whole-person care. You will assess and diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, order tests, provide health education, and connect patients with needed resources and
