Riveron is seeking an M&A Manager in our Tax Advisory practice in Houston, TX. You will lead tax advisory engagements for mergers & acquisitions, guiding a team of consultants and serving as the primary client contact to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
You will drive analysis, develop tax-efficient structures, and deliver client-ready reports while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior leaders to grow the practice.
