Licensed Loan Officer

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Loan Officer. The Licensed Loan Officer will be expected to meet production goals, comply with all regulatory and company policies, and use digital tools and CRM systems to manage pipelines efficiently in a remote environment.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong loan origination and Loan Officer skills, including experience managing a pipeline of borrowers. Candidates should possess solid Finance skills with the ability to analyze income, credit, assets, and debt-to-income ratios. Candidates should possess underwriting-related skills, such as reviewing files for completeness and assessing risk within established guidelines. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, relationship building, and problem solving. Active loan officer license (e.g., NMLS) Prior experience in residential mortgage lending. Knowledge of lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with CRM systems, loan origination platforms, and online communication tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
