An excellent communicator, you have a knack for explaining technical processes concisely (even to a non-technical audience), and enjoying working with cross-functional internal teams Top Responsibilities Apply data-driven engineering methods to improve manufacturing processes, reduce variation, and resolve production challenges in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance. Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, standard work, ISO documentation, procedures, CNC programs, customer drawings, research records, and activity reports. Perform statistical analysis, data tracking, and process-variable evaluation to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Support new equipment, process startups, equipment upgrades, automation systems, quality improvements, safety enhancements, and equipment optimization. Lead and support Lean, 6S, Kaizen, 8D, and A3 activities to improve quality, efficiency, throughput, safety, and plant performance. Implement process changes for capital projects, ISO requirements, OSHA procedures, and other manufacturing or compliance initiatives. Evaluate materials, supplies, equipment, products, and cost-saving opportunities to support manufacturing performance and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot manual and automated processes, determine corrective actions, and implement sustainable improvements.
