Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide patient care primarily in long-term care settings, collaborating with patients, families, and care teams to deliver comprehensive support. Per diem and contract positions are available in the Woonsocket area, with flexible shifts. An active Rhode Island LPN license and CPR certification are required. Provide direct care to patients in long-term care settings. Collaborate with care team members to coordinate patient care. Communicate and collaborate with patients and their families. Support patients’ daily care needs. Follow facility requirements for immunizations, background checks, and drug screening.
