In-Home Sales Representative

Position Overview: As an In-Home Generator Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting in-home consultations, delivering customized backup power solutions, and guiding customers through the entire sales process. You will play a key role in expanding residential generator installations throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and close residential generator sales Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate homeowner backup power needs Educate customers on the benefits of whole-home standby generator systems Prepare and present customized proposals based on site conditions and load requirements Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to install Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications: 23+ years of proven success in in-home sales (home improvement, HVAC, generators, roofing, or similar preferred) Strong ability to build rapport, present solutions, and close deals in a home setting Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and evaluating customer needs Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Experience using CRM systems and sales tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for appointments
