Century Assembly is seeking a Worship Pastor to lead the congregation into authentic worship and cultivate a Christ-centered culture of excellence in music and production. You will develop worship leaders and teams that reflect our vision and values, mentoring them in spiritual and musical growth.
The role emphasizes leadership, discernment of the room, and a heart to disciple people, beyond simply producing music.
