We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Department Associate to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in the embroidery department. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a keen eye for detail, and is committed to producing high-quality products. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized processes. Previous experience in garment decoration is preferred, with a strong understanding of embroidery techniques. Familiarity with operating embroidery machines and other related equipment is essential. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs is important for success in this role. Production: Machine set up & operation Following Standard Operation Procedures (SOP): Completing jobs step by step based on procedures Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the workspace clean and organized Supplies / Inventory: Weekly stock checks of materials to make sure inventory levels are appropriate Operate embroidery machines and other equipment to decorate garments according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to garment construction and manufacturing processes.
