Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a reliable and hardworking Exterior Porter to join the Splash Masters team. This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of our commercial properties.
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned commercial properties
- Pick up trash and debris and sweep exterior areas
- Maintain dumpster and trash areas
- Clean common areas, elevators, stairways, and handrails as assigned
- Check properties for leaks, damage, spills, or other issues and report them to management
- Follow assigned routes and daily schedules
- Complete assigned tasks within the expected timeframe
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Communicate with management regarding property conditions and completed work
Requirements:- Reliable and dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Able to work independently and follow daily instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, windy, and varying weather conditions
- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift, sweep, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related communication, emails/messages, and taking and sending photos
- Valid driver’s license and good driving history
- Previous porter, janitorial, landscaping, or property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
