Global Blockchain Tech Lead - Real-World Asset Tokenization

TokenBrickLabs, a Seattle-based blockchain studio, seeks a Tech Lead to own the technical direction for a squad delivering issuance, identity, and operator products. You’ll still write code, guide architecture, and unblock ICs while ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and manage risks across contracts, APIs, and workflows, reporting to Engineering Managers. This is a full-time role in a fast-moving, security-conscious environment.
