Before and After Care Program LeadJob Summary Before and After Care Program Lead 3PM – 6PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must complete federal background check and fingerprinting Responsible for planning daily activities including homework, literacy time, cooperative games, gym/outdoor time and snack Inform parents of program policies and activities through distribution of newsletters, calendars and parent information board Effective communication skills with staff, students and familiesCPR/AED/First Aid certified or willingness to become certifies Previous experience working with school-age children, preferred Candidates must be 19 years or older Other duties as assigned by the superintendent or his/her designee
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in education-related field or Associate's degree in education-related field or High School Diploma with at least 6 semester hours in an education-related field with 3,840 hours experience.
