Position Highlights:
Full-Time or Part-Time outpatient opportunity with Choice Medical GroupMonday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with providers typically finishing patient care by 4:00 PM and remaining time allotted for administrative workNo inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements; only occasional calls for your own patientsAverage patient volume of approximately patients per dayFocus on Annual Wellness Visits, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, medication reconciliation, patient education, and continuity of carePatient population consists primarily of geriatric and underserved/low-income familiesCollaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomesSalary range of approximately $106,000 $180,000 annually, depending on experience and scheduleSupportive team culture with opportunities for continuing education and professional growthOption for 1099 or W2 employment available.
Qualifications:
Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programActive California RN License, NP License, and Furnishing LicenseBoard Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP preferred) Current DEA registrationBLS and ACLS certifications requiredMinimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience preferredStrong communication, clinical decision-making, and EMR documentation skills About Choice Medical GroupChoice Medical Group is a physician-led healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout Southern California.
