Construction Manager - Luxury Residential Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Salary:
$130,000 - $200,000A luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee custom homes, renovations, and waterfront estates throughout Palm Beach County. This hands-on role will manage field operations, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspectors
- Review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and code compliance
- Track project progress and provide updates to leadership and clients
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and inspections
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and trade partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship
Qualifications:- 4+ years of construction management experience with custom residential or high-end home projects
- Strong leadership experience supervising field teams and subcontractors
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and project controls
- Thorough understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using construction management and project tracking software
- Florida General Contractor license preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site daily
