Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of innovative lending strategies that align with our mission to empower real estate investors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems and processes that enhance our lending operations.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand our reach and influence in the mortgage industry.
Drive the recruitment, mentorship, and leadership of a high-performing team of Loan Officers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Analyze market trends and investor needs to identify opportunities for new product offerings and service enhancements.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and trust.
Develop and oversee the execution of marketing strategies to promote our unique lending solutions to potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of originating diverse loan types, including residential, second-home, and investment property loans.
Experience in structuring creative financing solutions using DSCR, non-QM, bank statement, bridge, portfolio, and conventional lending products.
Ability to analyze investment scenarios, cash flow, occupancy projections, and debt service coverage to guide informed decision-making.
Strong relationship-building skills with agents, investors, referral partners, and lending institutions.
Expertise in educating clients and agents on strategic financing options that foster growth and opportunity.
Demonstrated ability to develop scalable systems, workflows, and operating procedures for sustainable business growth.
Experience in partnering with leadership to shape and expand a lending division's strategy and operations.
