About the role:
Our client, a district council in the East Midlands, is looking for an experienced Food Environmental Health Officer to join its environmental health team on an interim basis. The role focuses on protecting public health by making sure food businesses in the district meet their legal obligations and operate safely.

Use informal and formal enforcement powers proportionately, including notices, seizure and preparing prosecution files where required
