WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in a surgery center setting in Portage, Michigan. This is an independent CRNA role with a broad bread-and-butter surgical case mix and no anesthesia supervision. Assignment Highlights November 2026 start Ongoing PRN coverage Monday Friday schedule Surgery center setting 3 CRNAs on staff with no physician supervision Independent CRNA practice Paper charging Pediatric cases may be required, including tubes and tonsils. No pediatric patients under 2 years old Case Mix ENT General Surgery Ophthalmology Orthopedics Podiatry Some Plastics Regional Anesthesia No lumbar epidural catheters No spinal, axillary, or brachial blocks Other regional anesthesia may be negotiable based on experience and facility needs
Requirements:- CRNA certification
- Active Michigan license required
- Comfortable practicing independently
- Comfortable with the listed surgical case mix
- Must be comfortable with pediatric ENT cases for patients age 2 and older
